Doc follows on quickly with a choice.
This time he went for one of the keg beers (oooh, I hear you hardcore CAMRA folks go!)
He went with the Flying Dog Brewery Classic Pale Ale. Love Flying Dog as they have Hunter S. Thompson’s buddy Ralph Steadman doing the logos.
Doc toasts the Hunter S. Thompson.
Like this beer, you kind of forget the difference between the IPA and Pale Ale. You think that addition of the Indian wouldn’t make such an impact but it does….oh it does.
Very tasty, nice caramel colour. Nice hop overtones.
