Great photos. On the ratings from the Rake Session, it’s interesting for me know to see we rated XX Bitter above Terrapin.
I’m finding the more I drink the XX the more variable it is and so sometimes a bottle will rock and sometimes it will fall flat.
Pondering this now, I know I want a Terrapin in the fridge waiting to be opened over a XX.
