A Belgian ale that’s breweed with top-fermentation and has the addition of Torhouts mustard. Very cloudy pour with ivory head about an 1/3 an inch. I think knowing this had mustard seed has affected the rest of my thoughts though. Still, I enjoyed this and went well with my sausages.
